Use the troubleshooting tips provided below to try and resolve the issue before sending Chromebooks to the library for repair.
If trouble shooting does not resolve the problem, please fill out a Chromebook Problem Ticket, place it inside the Chromebook, and send it down to the library. The issue will be fixed in a timely manner or a loaner will be given until a repair can be made.
PLEASE do not hesitate to send students to the library if they have a broken Chromebook.
